How It Works

1. On my website to select the portrait service that suits your needs

2. Pick from standard sizes or custom size.

3. Send Me Your Details:

- Email or text a clear, high-resolution photo of the subject(s) you'd like portrayed. Good lighting and detail ensure the best results.

- If you've chosen a custom size, include this in your message. 

- Before confirming your order, there may be a brief exchange to clarify your preferences you'd like to include in your portrait. If you'd rather leave the creative decisions to me, that's perfectly fine too.

4. Once I’ve received your photo and details, I’ll confirm your order and begin working on your custom artwork. It takes 2-4 weeks to complete an order, if it will take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, I will let you know.

5. Your finished portrait will be securely packaged and shipped free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked.

Important Notes

Please send your photo within 7 days of placing your order. If I don’t receive it within this time, I’ll need to cancel your order and issue a refund.

Make sure your payment email/ phone number matches the email/ phone number you contact me with. If they differ, mention this in your email or text so I can match your order correctly.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of my portraits, I do not accept refunds or cancellations once your order is confirmed. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days, with photo evidence and I will resolve it promptly.
